    How can I register or apply for membership?

    You can apply online by clicking here. After registering and signing in you will be directed to the member pages of our platform.

    How much does membership cost?

    The choice is between a Trial membership and a Full membership.

    The Full membership enables full access to the platform for 12 months from the date of registration.

    Trial membership is free and provides access for three months. Trial membership allows you to enter your company details and information about the specific medical fields that apply to your business: Business Type, Medical Field(s), Categories and Subcategories. Other (Full) members will be able to find you on goMed2Med and they will receive your company details when there is a match. While full members may contact trial member, a trial member does not receive any company details of matching companies directly from the goMed2Med platform.

    In case of a match, the trial member will receive a notification, but this will only indicate that match(es) were found; it will not include contact details of the matching companies. A Full membership is required to receive this information.

    Can I upgrade from a trial membership to full membership?

    Yes. When you upgrade to a full membership, all the information you entered as a trial member will be retained. Also you will immediately see the contact details of all companies that were matched while you were still a trial member.

    How to pay for membership?

    All major credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal. Please contact us for other options if needed. Note that we only charge for membership, and that there are no other fees. goMed2Med does not conduct on-line trading, so the only fee is for your membership.

    How does the automatic matching and connecting with potential business partner work?

    After signing up, your “My Profile” page has to be completed. Company details should be entered and you can select specific medical and pharmaceutical fields, countries, categories and subcategories that describe your business operations.

    After entering the information about your company, you can describe the business partners that you wish to connect with in your “I’m Looking for” page.

    For example as a distributor of veterinary pharmaceutical products, you might be looking for a manufacturer in one or more a specific pharmaceutical categories. You select this information for the partner(s) you are looking for, and the system will automatically match your company with other members on the site. If a potential match is found, you are notified via e-mail. This is called a “match notification”.

    If another company finds your company based on your profile, a so-called “alert notification” will be sent to you, which means that you have been found by a potential business partner.

    Saved settings can be removed or adjusted as often as you want.

    What happens after a potential business partner has been found through the system?

    You will receive full contact details for the matching company, so you can contact them directly via e-mail, phone or other means, so without any involvement of goMed2Med. does not get involved in any direct communications between members. We will not be involved in any business you conduct after finding a business partner through the goMed2Med platform.

    As goMed2Med is never part of any communications between members, all contact is always private between members. Our goal is to enable members to find a suitable business partner based on mutual demands. We are not a business social network and not a trading site.

    Please feel free to mention in your communications to a company that you found them through the goMed2Med site, but even this is not required.

    Can I search for suitable business partners myself?

    Yes, Full Members have full access to the Search function of the goMed2Med platform. If you prefer not to use automated matching or if you just want to browse then you can use the Search page in the member site to search directly for potential partners, using the same medical fields, country/region, categories and subcategories that are also used for the automated matching function.

    How can I see that my company matched with potential business partners?
    • The system will automatically match your selected settings with other members on the platform.
    • If a match is found based on your “I’m Looking for” settings you are notified via e-mail, this is called a “match notification”.
    • Full members get access to the complete matching information on their “My Matches” page.
    • If your company is found by another member based on your “My Profile” settings then you will be notified by e-mail, this is called an “alert notification.”
    • Full members get access to the complete alert information on their “My Alerts” page.

    Is it possible to remove or change my settings on the “My Profile” and “I’m Looking for” page to adjust my demands?

    Yes, you can remove and adjust your saved settings as often as you want.

    Is there a match specification available?

    Yes, you can find this information on the “My Matches” and “My Alerts” pages.

    Can I show my companies products?

    You may enter or upload the products your company trades in. Members who view your profile will be able to see these products. Note that listing products is optional, and there is no requirement to upload all or even a few products. However, listing products provides helpful information to other members. Thus, we encourage members to list some of the products they trade in. An Excel based feature is available to upload a larger number of product items quickly. Please keep in mind that goMed2Med is not a trading site; products are shown for information only and buying or selling happens between members directly just like any other business you conduct; trading does not happen through the goMed2Med platform.
